Basic principles of the facility:

1 - Booking

  1. The condition to create a booking is to provide the necessary data and pay for it using the payment methods available in the forms or through cooperating booking services.
  2. The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.

2 - Additional services and costs (please inform us of the following before your arrival):

  1. There is a heated 6-person private jacuzzi next to each cottage, which is an extra paid service - 150PLN/each day. It is necessary to book for the whole period of stay, we do not run the jacuzzi only for selected days.
  2. Pets are welcome. We charge a fee of 50 PLN/each day for pets.

3 - Check-in

  1. Check-in begins at 15:00.
  2. Check-in takes place independently 24 hours a day.
  3. The property accepts pets. Please inform us about the planned stay of your pets during the booking process or shortly afterwards.
  4. We provide parking for our guests. It is free of charge and it is not necessary to book spaces in advance. Parking in designated areas.

4 - Stay

  1. High-speed internet access via WI-FI is provided. Access data are located in the cottages.
  2. Smoking is not permitted in the building, except in designated areas (balconies). Violation of the ban will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 1000.
  3. It is strictly forbidden to use open fires in the facility, except for garden barbecues.
  4. It is forbidden to use additional electric, gas or other sources of heat in the facility.
  5. When planning your stay, please take into account the quiet character of the facility. It is forbidden to play music outside the cottages (on balconies and terraces).
  6. The curfew is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  7. It is strictly forbidden to organise special events.
  8. Pets are allowed on the premises only under full supervision of the Owners. Dogs must be walked outside the facility and you must bring your own pet bed. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.
  9. When using the air conditioning, keep all windows and doors closed. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the flat.
  10. The property is monitored 24 hours a day. Cameras record, recognise and count vehicles and guests. The data is stored for a period of 30 days, its administrator is the owner of the property.

5 - Check-out

  1. Check-out ends at 10:00.
  2. Check-out is carried out independently 24 hours a day.
  3. In some cases, by individual arrangement, it is possible to extend the day for a fee of PLN 50 per hour started.
  4. The flat must be returned tidy, in standard cleaning condition:
    1. dirty dishes put in the dishwasher and dishwasher running,
    2. Rubbish is put in the waste bin or put in bags outside the door,
    3. Please do not dispose of left-over food in the rubbish bins, but leave it in the fridge for the farm animals.
    4. All windows closed.
    5. All lights switched off
    6. Key left on table
    7. Please ensure that the front door is latched.

6 - Cancellation and complaints.

  1. You have the right to cancel /cancel your booking and services free of charge 14 days before the check-in date without giving any reasons.
    After this date, the reservation becomes non-refundable, which means that you will bear the full cost of the reservation and services even in case of non-arrival.
  2. Widokownia Brenna reserves the right to cancel /cancel the reservation and guest services free of charge 30 days before the check-in date without giving any reasons. After this date the reservation is fully refundable, which means that if for any reason the facility cancels your reservation the facility will refund you 100% of the amount paid. The property is not responsible for any damages or claims due to cancellation.
  3. The refund for the cancelled reservation will be made in the same way as the amount paid, or, if requested by the guest, to the account indicated by the booker within 2 working days after the account has been indicated.
  4. You have the right to make a complaint - complaints must be made on the day of arrival or during your stay so that the property can respond immediately. Complaints should be made by telephone or email. Complaints are dealt with immediately if possible, in extreme cases up to 14 days.
