Q: How many people are in the cottages and how many beds?
A: The cottages have two double bedrooms with double beds (140x210cm) on the ground floor and a comfortable corner sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor (160x210). We do not have the possibility of extra beds.
Q: Do fewer people in a cottage mean a different price? Do you rent out rooms?
A: We rent out entire cottages. It does not matter how many people come to them and it does not affect the price. The cottages are for a maximum of 6 people. We do not rent out rooms separately.
Q: Do you provide any facilities/additional equipment related to young children?
A: On request, we can furnish the cottage free of charge with a travel cot, a bath tub, a highchair and a safety railing for the stairs.
Q: How is the kitchen equipped?
A: Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. The annexe has a dishwasher, oven, induction hob with 4 burners, medium-sized fridge with freezer, microwave. In the cabinets you will find complete crockery including cutlery, several types of kitchen knives and glasses, wine and shot glasses. We have also thought of frying pans, pots, colander, vegetable and fruit peeler, egg whisk or potato masher. And for lovers of good coffee, we have prepared a pressurised coffee machine.
Q: What is the coffee machine and what kind of coffee?
A: We provide our guests with a DELONGHI Magnifica S ECAM 22.112.B coffee machine and Lavazza Expert Gusto Forte coffee beans. We always guarantee a large supply of coffee, so there is no need to bring your own.
Q: Are there towels and bed linen in the cottages?
A: Of course. In terms of the standard we offer, we provide towels - large and small - and a set of bed linen.
Q: Does each chalet have a private sauna and jacuzzi and are they included in the price?
A: Yes, each cottage has a Finnish sauna in the bathroom and its own 6-person jacuzzi on the private terrace next to the cottage. The cost of the sauna is included in the price of the rental, while the jacuzzi we run on request and it is charged extra 180 PLN/each day of the stay. We only rent it for the whole period of your stay, there is no possibility to run it only for selected days.
Q: Do you allow a corporate event, hen or stag party to be held in the cottage?
A: There is a categorical ban on parties on the site. We have chosen to keep the site very quiet including a 24-hour ban on music outside the cottages or with windows/doors open. The multi-layered windows, however, guarantee good sound insulation, so that no sound from the chalets should escape when the windows and doors are closed.
Q: Which attractions and facilities have an additional charge?
A: There is an extra charge for the jacuzzi, which we charge an extra 180zl for each night of stay. We activate it for the whole time of booking the cottage. Due to the long time it takes to heat the water, we need to know about your wish to use it at least 24 hours before your arrival.
Q: What is access like in winter?
A: The Brenna viewpoint is situated on a hillside at 850mnpm, in the mountains. 90% of the access road is asphalt or concrete slabs. The access is regularly cleared of snow and gritted. Access is usually possible for cars with winter tyres. Chains or 4x4 drive are necessary in certain weather conditions. We discourage drivers inexperienced in mountain conditions from attempting to enter. For them, we secure parking spaces at the foot of the hill and offer a 500 m walk: access on foot.
Q: What are the hours of the rental day?
A: Check-in with us starts at 15:00 and ends at 10:00.
Q: Is a later check in/check out possible?
A: Check-in takes place independently, so late arrival or very early departure is not important. By prior arrangement with the accommodation staff, it is possible to extend the rental period, as long as this does not coincide with other cottage bookings. This will incur a charge of PLN 50 per extra hour.
Q: Can we come with a pet?
A: Yes, we welcome guests with pets. The cost of your pet's stay is £65/day. As part of your pet's welcome pack, we will provide you with food and water bowls; excrement bags and an emergency packet of food. We require that you supervise your little charges completely and walk them outside of the View House.
Q: Is the site fully fenced?
A: No, the area is not completely fenced off. However, it is completely safe and we have never yet recorded any incidents.
Q: Are parking spaces available on your premises?
A: Yes, there is a private car park located just above the cottages. We provide 2 parking spaces for each cottage. However, they are not marked or numbered. In case of bad weather or lack of space in the main car park, please consider leaving your car above our car park on the access road (50m) or even leaving your car at the foot of the driveway in the square by the mailboxes (500m). https://maps.app.goo.gl/vawh6WPyfFyR2qwZ6 and short 6 minute walk: https: //maps.app.goo.gl/nZpB1eXssCG4wRSo9
