Acting pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 2016, p. 1-88), hereinafter referred to as the RODO, is informed that:
1. the Administrator of the Personal Data is G.Invest sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the Company, with its registered office at: 44-100 Gliwice, ul. Sportowa 3/4.
(2) The Company has appointed a Data Protection Inspector, a person responsible for the proper processing of personal data by the Company.

3. your personal data has been collected(Art. 6(1)(b) RODO) in order to:
(a) to conclude and properly perform the contract/service or to take action prior to its performance or conclusion,
b) to secure and assert possible claims relating to the contract concluded with you or the services provided
c) fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator,
d) the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
(4) The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes (point 3). Failure to provide this data will prevent the fulfilment of these purposes.
5 The recipients of your personal data are:
(a) entities entitled to obtain personal data (persons authorised by the controller) who, in order to carry out their duties, must have access to personal data
b) entities participating in the execution of the order with whom contracts have been signed for the entrustment of the processing of personal data to the extent necessary for the execution of the contract or service.
6. Your processed personal data will be stored for the period required by law, including the period of execution of the Contract and the period in which the company pursues the purposes arising from thelegitimate interests of the Data Controller, including for the period of commercial cooperation, and after its termination, until the statute of limitations for claims, or for the period required by separate regulations or the Agreement.
7 You are kindly informed that you have the right:
(a) to request access to your Personal Data, including the right to obtain a copy of that data and to rectify it;
b) to restrict the processing of its data in situations or to have it deleted;
(c) to have your Personal Data transferred;
(d) to withdraw at any time the consent previously given for the processing of his/her Personal Data;
(e) to object at any time to the processing of his/her Personal Data;
f) the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of Personal Data by the Administrator to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
8. your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, on the basis of the personal data provided by you
9. you/your data subject has the right to request from the controller the immediate erasure of personal data concerning him/her, and the controller undertakes to erase the personal data without undue delay if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if another of the circumstances indicated in Art. 17(1) RODO.
