Check-in is self-contained, so it doesn't matter what time you arrive. The cottages are always ready at 3 p.m. A key box hangs next to the door. We send you the access code on the day of your arrival.
Due to high occupancy we are not able to guarantee a possible earlier check-in time. Usually the change of guests takes place on the same day and the cleaning team has only a few hours to prepare the cottage accordingly. We can only inform you of a possible earlier check-in time around 11:00 on the day of arrival.
The rental day ends at 10:00.
Before leaving the accommodation we kindly ask you to:
- putting the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and running it,
- close all windows,
- take the rubbish to the bins in the car park,
- please leave food in the fridge, do not throw it in the rubbish; our pets will be happy :)
- switching off all lights,
- leaving the key on the table,
- making sure doors are locked.

The last few hundred metres of the access to our cottages lead along a road with a moderately steep incline. Outside the winter season you can drive any standard car without any problems. Only very sporty cars with heavily lowered suspension may have problems on the slightly uneven concrete road surfaces.
In winter, however, we suggest getting snow chains, which may prove necessary. In case of severe weather conditions, please consider parking your car above our car park on the access road (50m) or even leaving your car at the foot of the driveway in the square by the mailboxes (500m).

Emergency snow chains are available. These are located at the foot of the driveway in a grey box near the letterboxes.
Each room (living room and both bedrooms on the first floor) has an air conditioning unit that can heat or cool. The 3 indoor units are in the same installation with the outdoor unit and should operate in the same mode (MODE). If an ERROR message appears on any of the keypads, it is most likely due to divergent modes, e.g. cooling is set at the bottom and heating or auto mode at the top. In order for the unit to operate correctly it is sufficient to change its mode to be consistent with the others.
The sauna is switched on using the HEATER button. It is set to heat up to 95 degrees Celsius. It switches itself off one hour after switching on. The LED lighting and its colour are set by a separate remote control. We kindly ask you not to sit directly on the wood and to use a towel. The sauna stones may only be treated with clean water that is free of calcification or with aromatic substances intended for saunas.
Each cottage has a year-round private outdoor 6-person electric jacuzzi. This is an extra chargeable service which we provide on request at a cost of 180PLN/day. We only book for the entire duration of your stay. The tub is permanently running, available 24 hours a day and set to a temperature of 37-40 degrees Celsius. Bubbles and backlighting are activated by buttons on the built-in controller. The bubbles have only one mode - 1. The button with the cog and the number 2 is inactive. The water flow through the jets is regulated by the knobs inside the tub. We kindly ask you to take a shower before entering the water, and to cover the jacuzzi with a lid when it is not in use. Otherwise it will very quickly become soiled with insects, pollen and leaves. A handy net for removing dirt from the jacuzzi hangs next to the balcony exit to the jacuzzi.
In terms of the standard we offer, we provide towels - large and small - and a set of bed linen. We do not, however, provide bathrobes and slippers/slippers. We believe that using these items once and then returning them to the laundry or throwing them in the rubbish is unwise and goes against our care for nature and ecology.
Bed linen and towels for Guests sleeping downstairs are stowed in the bed - corner (both parts lift up).
If you need additional towels, please contact us by text or phone, also already during your stay. We will deliver as soon as possible.
The TV in the living room has access to paid Netflix. You can also run Youtube on it and play content from your own mobile devices by connecting via local WIFI. Unfortunately, due to the lack of network, there is no access to traditional terrestrial TV.
Stable and fast radio internet is available to guests. For complete security of your data, each cottage has an independent local network from the others and different SSID and passwords, which hang above the dressers in the hallways....
On our hill, devices on the ORANGE, T-mobile and quite well PLAY networks function without problems. Most problems are with the PLUS network (sometimes this network has no coverage at all).
We are giving away some of the most popular goggles on the market today, the Meta Quest 2, along with what we think are the most interesting games and apps. Instruction if needed will be provided over the phone. Spare batteries for the controllers can be found in the left drawer of the dresser near the bathroom.
In the chest of drawers next to the bathroom in the lower cabinet are the most popular games in our opinion, min: chess, checkers, eurobusiness, cards and some toys for the little ones.
On request, we can furnish the cottage free of charge with a travel cot, a bath tub, a highchair and a safety railing for stairs.
You will find them in the right-hand drawer of the dresser near the bathroom.
The first aid kit is in the left drawer of the dresser near the bathroom. A red fire extinguisher hangs under the stairs to the first floor
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. The annexe has a dishwasher, oven, induction hob with 4 burners, medium sized fridge with freezer, microwave. In the cabinets you will find complete crockery including cutlery, several types of kitchen knives and glasses, wine and shot glasses. We have also thought of frying pans, pots, colander, vegetable and fruit peeler, egg whisk or potato masher. Of course, you will also find unlimited coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets.
We provide our guests with a DELONGHI Magnifica S ECAM 22.112.B espresso machine and Lavazza Expert Gusto Forte coffee beans. We always guarantee a large supply of coffee, so there is no need to bring your own.
There is a barbecue at each cottage on the balcony. Coal/brick is not provided. There are, however, matches - they are located in the left drawer of the dresser by the bathroom door.
We would very much appreciate it if you bring the wooden deckchairs that usually stand right next to the entrance of the cottage, under the stairs to the first floor, into the cottage. The deckchairs should not be exposed to too much water, such as rain.
When planning your stay, please bear in mind the muted character of the property. Please do not play music outside the cottages (on balconies and terraces) - all day long! . The cottages are well insulated, also acoustically. Music can be played inside with doors and windows closed.
Guests with pets are warmly welcome. The cost of your pet's stay is PLN 65 per day. The welcome package for your pet includes food and water bowls, excrement bags, a small treat for your dog/cat and a comfortable bed. We require complete supervision of small charges and walking them outside the View House.
If you wish an invoice for your stay for details other than those provided in the booking, please provide these details and the email address to which we can send it.
A private car park is located just above the cottages. We provide 2 parking spaces for each cottage. However, these are not marked or numbered.

At the car park in the farmhouse right outside the door there is a standard AC 230V socket available to the public. If you plan to come to us with an electric car, there is no problem for you to charge it via this socket.
Getting there by public transport is not super easy, but it is as possible.
The closest railway stations are Skoczów (21km) and, even better, Skoczów Bajerki (19km). Alternatively, a little further away is the larger railway station in Bielsko-Biała (35km).
From Skoczów railway station you can get to us by bus of Wispol carrier (wispol.pl) line 41/42. The nearest stop to us is the last stop on the bus route - Brenna Leśnica II. From there you will have to walk 1300 metres along a road with a moderate gradient, unfortunately uphill (map).
Alternatively to the public bus you can order a TAXI or a private carrier.
